Q: How old do I need to be to do my pilots license?

A: You need to be 17 for a PPL and 18 for a CPL  

Q: How much studying will I have to do?

A: Lots! But it's all interesting and practical and our instructors are on hand to give you individual attention and guidance. To successfully train to the standard we require, you will need to put effort in. There is no easy way, just the hard way!!

Q: When do the courses begin?

A: The private pilot program can be started at any time as you work one on one with your instructor. Our commercial Ground school starts approximately every 10 weeks.  Please contact APTRAC for the ground school schedule.

Q: Is there accommodation available?

A: Yes, many of our students reside in our crew house. It is a comfortable, modern house located within walking distance of the school. The single rooms have built in cupboards and study facilities.
